हर साल 30 मई को भारत में ‘राष्ट्रीय हिंदी पत्रकारिता दिवस’ बड़े ही गर्व से मनाया जाता है। 1826 में इसी ऐतिहासिक दिन देश का पहला हिंदी समाचार पत्र ‘उदन्त मार्तण्ड’ प्रकाशित हुआ था। यह दिन समाज को बेबाक आईना दिखाने वाले महान पत्रकारों के अकल्पनीय साहस को सलाम करता है। (Every year on 30 May, ‘National Hindi Journalism Day’ is celebrated with great pride in India.
